Columbia Bridges Golf Course features one small (pictured below) and one loooong covered bridge (to the left). While it was not necessarily designed with the thought in mind, for some reason, it is reminiscent of a Donald Ross course. Lakes are very much in play on four holes, and bunkers are placed quite strategically and sometimes dictate play. Greens are, for the most part, gently rolling, but with some areas of severe contour.

I am anxious to try the new holes out, and the first warm day will find me at the Bridges, probably looking all over for my ball.

The additional nine holes are finally open! The new holes range from ground similar to the existing nine hole course to hilly, timbered ground east of the present holes.
